In a rapidly changing world featuring new scenarios and challenges, a particular focus on sustainability has become essential. For ABS FOOD, sustainability has always been a central value, a constant guide in our choices and daily actions. Sustainability requires concreteness and transparency, principles that we have embraced with determination. In collaboration with Forema, we undertook a training path to deepen the topic and learn how to monitor and evaluate our performance. This reflection led us to adopt the first sustainability policy, a document that represents our commitment to a more sustainable future.
Sustainability is a complex and articulated concept that includes economic, social, ethical, environmental and governance aspects. In order to fully understand our impact, we thought of the UN Agenda 2030 as a reference model. We identified the priority Sustainable Development Goals and therefore established the values that guide our actions. In addition, we examined the initiatives we sponsored over the years to protect our planet and promote the development of an inclusive society.

With our sustainability policy, we share in a transparent way our goals and our dedication to a sustainable future.
